Should I pick this guy up??

Its a 20 team dynasty league, keep whole team. I'm pretty shocked he was dropped and no one has grabbed him. I'm leaning toward dropping Teagarden or Andy Laroche for him. Although Laroche has started hitting lately. My roster is below and I have Martin at C so don't need Tea but was hoping he would come out swinging this year so I could deal him...
