If it's a keeper league I'm leaning towards "not worth it." Davis isn't an upgrade for you at 1B, 3B, or even DH. Bruce and Jones could be 2/3 of your starting OF next year.

If it wasn't a keeper league, I'd do it.

yup i agree. it's not worth it. he's not an upgrade, and you'd be losing all the keeprers. jones and bruce, and volstad will anchor your team for years to come...losing three guys for one keeper, and a guy with a shorter play span for your team isnt worth it.

with only 6 keepers and having Mornuea, Sizemore, Pence I dont think I can keep all those guys aways..... What do you guys think?

I think I'd do it. Granderson and Adam Jones are kind of a wash (I think I like Granderson a little more as he'll score more runs and swipe more bases). And you won't keep Bruce next year and your pitching can survive without Volstad. And who knows, maybe you end up keeping Chris Davis... he has a lot of power and it looks like he's turning it on after the first couple slow weeks. In a 10 team league, you should be able to find a good free agent to fill the empty roster spot too. Go for it!

Wow. I'd say thats a bad trade for you....suprised so many don't see it that way. Bruce is the best player in the deal I'd say...and your giving up 3 for 2. I would never do this....maybe drop one of the OFers and it becomes somewhat palatable....but I'd hang onto bruce.
