C. Young (P) for Dempster & S. Marshall - WHIR

Thank you all for your advice recently getting me to hold out on a deal with a guy who eventually caved; I got Roy Halladay and Kevin Youkilis for Johan Santana.

Of course, I'm looking to deal again. A guy in my league is a fan of Chris Young, whom I feel is a pretty good sell high candidate. He's a bit of an injury risk, hasn't pitched over 180 innings in 3 years, is hurt by our QS-L category being on a bad team, and in a keeper league has the potential to lose a good deal of his value if traded away from PETCO. Additionally, he's posted the lowest K-Rate of his career so far this year (17.2%). The guy I'm trading with doesn't have a lot to move and I need pitching so, the only real targets are Ryan Dempster, Sean Marshall, and Randy Wolf. He's starting Figgins at 3B with Encarnacion backing up at 3rd, but doesn't like Atkins, whom I'm looking to move, so we'll probably have to stick with offering Young. What do you think of this?

Chris Young for Ryan Dempster and Sean Marshall (I'd then drop Vitters and move Rasmus to the minors).

The deal has the added bonus of helping in the short-term. Young is a 2 start pitcher, but does so on the road against the Rockies and Dodgers (ouch) while Dempster has a start against Ari. I won't start Soria this week given his injury and could put Marshall in at RP for his start at home against Fla.

The Sidd Finches:
C Bengie Molina
1B Adrian Gonzalez
2B Aaron Hill
SS Michael Young
3B Kevin Youkilis
OF Carlos Beltran
OF Corey Hart

Offensive Categories: BA, OPS, RBI, HR, SB and Runs Scored.
Pitching Categories: W, S, ERA, K/IP, Quality Starts minus Losses, and WHIP
Minors: 5 "free" keepers. These players if are eligible to be kept without the loss of a draft pick and in addition to the max of 10. They must have under 200 Ab or less than 75 IP and 20 APP.

I like Young over Dempster or Marshall, despite his injury concerns - aim higher

Yeah, I agree....Young has more value than Demp & Marshall. You could probably sell higher on Young! I would leave this one alone.

Thanks for the help with mine!
