DH Waiver Pickup: Kubel, Werth or Blalock?

I am in need of at least one of these players. Who would you pick up: Kubel, Werth, or Blalock?

Who would you drop: Francouer, Hawpe, JJ Hardy, or Jay Bruce? I'm thinking JJ Hardy because I do not need him as a backup SS and he is not producing as believed so far this year. Our league only has 3 reserve roster spots and I like to keep them flooded with pitching to work the 2-start weeks. There are plenty of serviceable SS's on the waiver that I could pick up if my starter, Michael Young, goes down. Thoughts?

RBI - Runs Batted In 1 point
SB - Stolen Bases 2 points

i like Kubel the best and he should get the most consistent ab's. go ahead and drop hardy for him. imo.

I like Werth and if there are plenty of options in case Young goes down, I'd drop Hardy
