14 team keeper league keep 5 per year
So I just made a trade, it was my Hamels, Chris Davis, and Markakis for his Teixeira and Granderson, so how did I do? Secondly I was thinking of dealing my Pedroia for Jose Lopez and Zack Greinke; is this a good move I just think that Pedroia has reached his potenial and Greinke good be great for many years to come and Lopez is not too shabby a replacement, am I right for thinking this?
Also would you drop Manny Para for any of these guys:
Jeremy Guthrie
Anthony Reyes
Phil Hughes
Jason Marquis
Jon Garland
Dave Bush

I'm not too big of a fan of your trade but thats because I'm a big fan of Markakis and not so big on Granderson. I think Hamels will come around when he gets back from injury. When he is on, he's a top 10 pitcher.
I would drop Parra for Reyes, he has pitched pretty well so far. Parra is struggling mightily right now. You should be starting Maholm over Jackson also.

Fair enough I just felt like I needed a real upgrade at either 1st or 3rd base and I was high on Markakis too, but thats face it how much of a difference is Grandy and Markakis, and I'm a huge fan of Tex playing in that lineup in that new Yankee stadium. Also if that trade goes through Zack Geinke could be just as good as Hamels without all the injury drama, hopefully.

I like this trade. As you said Granderson and Markakis are close. But you'll like this trade after the ASB when Tex heats up and mashs the rest of the season. Greinke won't hurt you either. Tough losing Hamels but you have to give to get. I think you did well.
