Add Hughes and drop Bartlett?? WHIR

I'm contemplating it right now, Hughes may permanently be in the majors after this call up. This could be a chance to secure some serious pitching for now and the future. I haven't even been able to start Bartlett, with Hill, Pedroia, and THeriot playing so well. What do you think?
