In a 10 team 5x5 roto league.....r,hr,rbi,sb,avg

I trade J.Santana/Holliday/Wieters/F.Lewis for Morneau/Dunn/F.Hernandez/K.Suzuki....

Lewis sits my bench...i never use him....Wieters is no guarentee to get called up anytime soon. I see it as giving up johan and the struggling Holliday for Dunn Morneau Felix and Suzuki

My lineup:
c pierzynski
c laird
1b A.gonzalez
2b polanco
3b reynolds
ss hanley
ci pujols
mi rollins
of holliday
of hamilton
of hart
of c.young
util jacobs
util k.johnson
b f.lewis, wieters, blake
DL Mora

sp j.santana
sp lilly
sp billingsley
sp verlander
rp percival
rp fuentes
p scherzer
p r.franklin
p ziegler
b buehrle, jered weaver, price, c.zambrano

No way. You lose on the pitcher big time, aswell as the catcher and the outfielder...and all that for the honour of adding morneau, who you don't really need with a-gonz.

Awful deal for you IMO.

in a heart beat... im not huge on Wieters cuz hell hes not even playing, why not have a player on your roster that can compete everyday? not to mention i think Dunn is an upgrade or equal to Holliday, Morneau is a huge upgrade on Lewis, for the time being seens how Suzuki is playing that makes him an upgrade over Wieters and King Felix isn't too far behind Johan... good trade...

help me out...

Value aside I don't think you can afford to make this trade. You need J.Santana to anchor your staff.

On value alone here's how I rate the trade -

J.Santana >> Morneau
Holliday > Dunn
Wieters >>> Hernandez
F.Lewis = Suzuki

For what it's worth Weiters WILL hit when he's called up. The kid is an absolute beast. I live near Baltimore and the buzz is he will be called up sooner rather then later.

Can you return teh favor on my Batting Avg post plz?

It's tough:
Johan>Felix
Holliday>Dunn
Wieters/Lewis<Morneau/Suzuki

Losing BIG by getting rid of Johan. I love Felix but Johan is the only FOR SURE pitcher there is in baseball...even Webb is hurt right now.

You're getting low value on Holliday (unless you think Coors played that big of a factor) and Dunn you know exactly what you're getting

You're gaining huge on trading Weiters/Lewis for Morneau. You could plug Morneau on Utility instead of Kelly fricking Johnson (a 2nd baseman at Utility is never a great thing)

Suzuki I have no idea on...is he any good?

I wouldn't do the trade...Dunn would kill your Average and you've got lots of power on your team. holliday will get your RBI's and eventually power #s. Morneau has a nice average but he's not really a huge power guy either (similar to Holliday)

here's mine

I wouldn't, because you are giving away the best hitter and pitcher in the deal, as well as Wieters.
