Which trade should I do? And which one is the fairest?
My Hamels and Lind for his Holliday and Kershaw
or
My Hamels and Lind for his Mclouth and Kershaw

Both trades are good deals for you, and it is based strictly on what you need. If you can deal with a slight BA hit, take McLouth and Kershaw. Holliday won't hurt you as much in the BA department, but it will come at a slight sacrifice on home run and steal numbers.
Be careful here: Lind is a prime breakout candidate, and he could continue to hit at a great rate. That being said, I would take McLouth and Kershaw for that duo.

Top to bottom, your roster is extremely solid. I would look for a slight upgrade at catcher, but hang tight with the rest of this roster.
I would still carry out that trade with McLouth and Kershaw. Hamels is way too much of an investment for him to be having the injury problems he has.
