Use #3 Waiver on Uggla?

A frustrated owner just dropped Uggla, should I use my #3 waiver on him?
I was thinking of dropping Winn for Uggla, than trade away Uggla when he gets hot for a closer.
I would drop Blalock but I need a corner guy until AROD comes back.
Good idea?

Absolutely...although I don't he falls to you. If I had the No 1 or 2 claim I would use it on him.

Yeah, just found out an owner that needs some serious help in hitters has the #2 claim. Here's hoping.
