Jason Bartlett is still available.

I drafted both Hardy and Peralta at SS KNOWING that at least one of them were going to really disappoint me...
Is now the time to drop one of them and pick up Bartleet...?

My thinking would be that I pick up Nady first, stash him on my DL, and then grab Bartlett.

Or am I having to quick a hook on this one...?

No, do not drop Hardy or Peralta for Bartlett, unless you purely need speed. Bartlett is due for a big correction in the near future, but he is a decent speed and average guy. I still prefer Hardy and Peralta myself.
