Help With Trade Offer

My buddy just made me a trade offer and I am having a tough time deciding on what I want to do. I'll give you the trade and then list my starters, so you can see how I am benefiting from it. Please give some input.
The trade offer is he wants B.J Upton, Jay Bruce and Adam Lind in exchange for Carlos Pena and Magglio Ordonez.

My starting lineup is:
C Bengie Molina
1B Adrian Gonzalez
2B Howie Kendrick
SS Stephen Drew
3B Evan Longoria
OF Ichiro Suzuki
OF B.J Upton
OF Adam Ling
Util Nelson Cruz

I have Jay Bruce on my bench being that I have 2 guys outperforming him, I am just afraid to get rid of him because I have been waiting for him to turn around. If I were to get Pena I would move him to the Util spot and replace Magglio with B.J.
