Youkilis/Danks/Jenks for Longoria/Davies?

In a head to head keeper league. I've been offered Youkilis/Danks/Jenks for Longoria and K. Davies.

This would upgrade me at starter and add a 3rd reliever...but I'd be giving up on the keeper aspect of Longoria as, obviously, he's a long termer. This is my first keeper, so I'm having a bit of difficulty valuing that aspect going forward.
