DO IT!... i think you give up a little more value then what you are actually getting but MCab is a BEAST and you have a very good staff already so MCab is a big upgrade on Gonzo... id do it...

plus Hafner is on my bench and I would simply plug in Konerko at first and probably drop Reynolds and/or Beltre.... M-Cab would move to 3B on my team because I like Konerko over Beltre and Reynolds
