Pick up Lowell? Who to drop?

3B is pretty iffy right now for me...Lowell has been hot. Should I drop Atkins or Blalock for Lowell?

Bench - Kubel, Blalock, Atkins, Guerrero, Wieters

Pitching (start 7)
SP - Beckett, Cain, Gallaraga, Volquez, A. Reyes, Pelfrey, Lackey
RP - Bell, Broxton, Rodney

Definitely pick up Lowell, he'll be productive in that Sox lineup. I'd drop either Kubel (he isn't a full time starter) or drop Pelfrey.
