Who can I target for Swisher and Inge?

I'm in a 12 team, 6x6, H2H, 2nd year of 3yr. keeper. Do i try to trade Inge and Swish while they're hot? I could use some pitching & OF,I also have Arod coming back...Please check roster and let me know who I should target.
