Beltran / Bay

I made an offer of Tulo and Bay for his Beltran and Weeks. He like both Bay and Tulo but didn't want to lose steals. He countered with Beltran and Getz for Bay and Roberts. Forgetting everything else other then this is a 12 team keeper 5x5 what are your thoughts?

I think that's an awful counter on their part and should be rejected immediately. The difference between Bay and Beltran is nowhere near as large as the difference between Roberts and Getz. If they don't like your initial deal, I'd probably stay away, as that offer was reasonable, and given how unreasonable the counter is, I'd imagine it'll be next to impossible to make a fair deal with this other owner.
