Here is my current 12 team standard h2h yahoo team. I have 4th waiver.
C Pablo Sandoval
1B Joey Votto
2B Brian Roberts
3B Evan Longoria
SS Jimmy Rollins
OF Alexei Ramírez
OF Ryan Ludwick
OF Curtis Granderson
Util Justin Morneau
Adam Dunn
Justin Upton
Nelson Cruz
SP Jordan Zimmermann
SP Jason Marquis
RP Joe Nathan
RP Fernando Rodney
P Johnny Cueto
P Joe Saunders
P John Danks
BN Jon Garland
BN Jon Lester
BN Erik Bedard
I know my staff is awful, but I just use the streaming strategy. Zimmermann Marquis and Garland are all streamed pitchers...I have tried to make trades but they all get vetoed. Another one of those leagues.
So is Doumit worth my 4th waiver to this team???

I would say no. He'll be coming back AT BEST by the All-Star Break, and might even be gone till after. He'll also be dealing with a wrist injury, and you never really know how hitters will fare after rehabbing an injury that concerns something like their wrist. There will be better options on the wire throughout the season.
Help with mine?

Thanks for helping with mine. I would wait for something better. Sandoval will be a top 10 catcher by season's end. I agree that with Doumit's injury being to his wrist, you never know how long it will take for him to fully recover.
