Ortiz for Loney / Wait on Chris Davis?

Two questions: While I'm pretty encouraged with my team thus far, my two draft mistakes may have been D. Ortiz in 4th round and C. Davis in 5th round. You can imagine that the Free Agent List is pretty thin in this 14-man league.

I've been offered J. Loney (11th Round) for D. Ortiz (4th Round). Do I take it or do I pray that this little spark from Ortiz is just the beginning?

How long do I wait on Chris Davis (5th Round)? It's the 22 k's in a K-punishing league that's hurting me.
