I'm in a good league, what should I do to improve my team?

Well, you have a decent offense, but your P is scary bad.

Pettitte is easily the most overrated SP in fantasy, and your the guy that went after him. Maybe you can trade him, but I doubt it.

Gagne is your only closer, and that just isnt enough. Its only a matter of time before Biddle loses his job - I barely even consider him a closer.

D. Willis is also overrated, so maybe you can deal him too.

I would look to trade Glaus for a decent SP.

I am not sure that I would keep anyone from your bench.

Im sorry this is so negative, but its my opinion that this team will not be good enough as is and you have a lot of work ahead of you.
