Pick up Price and/or Crisp? Who to drop for him?

I'm floating about the middle of my 12 team 5x5 roto league. Someone just dropped David Price my staff has been pretty good but always looking to upgrade. I also am really close to the bottom of the league in both steals and runs so I was thinking of picking up Crisp.
