Who wins this trade? Brandon Phillips for Maholm and Aviles. Would this trade get vetoed?

Phillips. Phillips. Phillips. Unless for some reason your league doesn't use wins or any K-related stat, Maholm is not very valuable and Aviles has been struggling mightily. Yeah, Phillips as well, but he has a track record to warrant confidence going forward. Aviles does not.
