Be patient a little longer or is it time to act?

Postby rib217 » Thu Apr 23, 2009 2:21 pm

I am last in saves for my league with only 1. the leader is sitting at 17 and the person directly above me has 4.

In some ways I think I should be ok if I sit tight a little longer; however, I also don't want to get too far behind and be struggling all year. What do you all think?

12 team roto re-draft

M. Gonzalez: He's got my 1 save, has blown 1 but really hasnt had alot of save ops yet so can he really be losing his job to Soriano at this point?

Hoffman: DL so far this year and will join the team Sunday

C. Ray: isn't it inevitable that he takes over as closer soon?

Downs: next in line most likely after B.J Ryan, but not likely to get any saves for now

Rest of the team: R HR RBI SB K Avg Obp----W L Sv K Era Whip
C- Pablo
1b- Morneau
2b- K. Johnson
3b- Miggy
ss- Jeter
Of- Lee---Rios---Hart
Ut- A. Gonzalez--Snider
Bn- Matsui--Peralta--I. Stewart

SP- Shields; Grienke; Gallardo; C. Young; Zimmerman; Carpenter DL

If it were me I stand pat. Your other guys should start to rack up some saves and you should be fine. Downs will most likely take over that closers role soon of Ryan doesn't remove his head from his rear. Help with mine? viewtopic.php?t=380462
