Myers, B.Wood for Shields?

Would you deal B.Myers and B.Wood for J.Shields? Guy in my league is looking for an infielder at either SS or 3B. Wood qualifies at both, this is a keeper league and we also have 2 minor league spots so if Wood gets sent back down, he can still retain him. Another option would be to offer Atkins for Shields straight up, or Atkins and a lesser pitcher for Shields. Or should I not worry about SP and try to swing Atkins for a better OF? What do you think?

If you can get Shields for Atkins, do it quick !

If he doesn't go for that, Myers is a top 25 pitcher, Shields top 20. So it's pretty close, but I'm not too keen on Wood. I believe he's over-rated. See Entire Post.

B. Wood is nothing more then an AAAA player. If K's count in your league grab Wood in a hurry. He might just be the next Rob Deer.
