Need to make move at RF and 2B???

Please help. I wasn't able to attend the first year draft of a 7 player keeper H2H 10-team league this year (I had surgery 3 days before draft date) and a buddy filled in for me. We communicated on most picks but the later rounds. He "gave up" a position on my team and I need help fixing it. We play RF,CF and LF in the outfield. I'm pretty solid at LF(Crawford/Snider), CF (Sizemore/Granderson) but very weak at RF (Winn). I was thinking of picking up either Cruz, Kubel, Choo, Span or Francoeur. Any suggestions?
Also, I have Alexi Ramirez at 2nd base and Tulo at SS, my backup at 2nd is Jose Lopez, should I pick up Aaron Hill instead, stay put or someone else? Tulo is in a funk and I could move Alexi over to SS for now. Suggestions???

Wow, without a doubt pickup Cruz!

Also if Hill is available on waivers I would look to trade one of your 2B and another player to upgrade a position, because that's great value if you can pickup Hill, considering you upgrade a position and then hardly lose anything having Hill.
