Your advice please on which pitcher to pick up in FA

I'm in a 5X5 Mixed Roto League. I can't make up my mind as to which pitcher would be the safer most promising choice. Since each drop/add is $1 I don't want to just waste my money.

I have narrowed it down to the following pitchers, feel free to tell me what you think.

Dallas Braden

Phil Hughes

Scott Richmond

Jason Frasor

Brian Bruney

Todd Coffey

Zach Duke

Brad Bergesen

LaTroy Hawkins

The safest pick might be zack duke, but I would take Phil Hughes of that group...he's going to get his chance this year and I'm still a believer

thanks, I agree with you on Hughes. When he first made his major league debut two years ago he looked as good as good can get before he injured himself. I wonder how long before he's called up.
