Some idiot who has no SP's just dropped Price. Who should I drop for him? This is a Mixed H2H Non-Keeper league. Below is my roster:
c: Sandoval 1b: Prince Fielder 2b: Utley ss: Stephen Drew 3b: Wright IF: Cano OF: Kemp, Markakis, Damon Utl: Michael Young BN: Chris Young, Napoli, Coco Crisp SP: Hamels, Haren, Verlander, Harang, Meche, Maholm RP: Soria, Capps, Lindstrom This is a H2H Yahoo! NON-KEEPER league with the scoring cat's as follows: Hitters: R, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, PO, A, E Pitchers: W, L, CG, SHO, SV, BB, K, NH
I really like my team. If I were to drop a SP, I would think it would have to be Meche or Maholm, but both have been doing pretty well.
Meche is the guy to drop. It may be worth waiting a week to get another start out of him though. Price wont be up til May 1. help: viewtopic.php?t=380303
I think Napoli's the way to go. Sandoval plays every day at 3b, so there's no need for a backup. Can't pass on Price. He'll be back in the bigs soon and has already proven what he can do.
Napoli or Crisp, probably Napoli (though I'm high on him myself). Depends on which position there's more depth at in your league--in other words, you can drop Crisp if there are a number of OF close to his caliber already on the waiver wire.
I definitely wouldn't drop Meche, who is so underrated and on an improved Royals team. In head to head (with no innings limits), I always like to carry more pitchers with my bench slots.
