I never gave up on him in the leagues I had him, but I'm a stickler for holding onto players too long. I still have Pelfrey on a roster when I drafted him as a minor leaguer in a dynasty. And still had Zumaya till today...

Well unless you need holds or are in a keeper league, in which case i have to believe you have better players to keep, dropping him is the right thing to do. From what I've read recently it doesn't sound like he's going to be closing in DET this year unless Rodney gets hurt or needs a day off. Rodney might not be a terribly good pitcher but he's perfect in save situations so far while Zumaya has 4 blown saves and a 1.59 WHIP 8-o

We all should have known this was coming. Nolasco was pitching quite well even before his demotion, he just had a ridiculous BABIP.

Cole Hamels should be right up your alley then ;-) He was cut just before his demotion and I as well am a proud owner of Ricky's. It is great getting to benefit from players poor starts when all that really matters is what they do going forward.
