He's hitting 50 points better than Ichiro. You must have missed his 5-5 last night (against a lefty no less). :-B

I know your criteria for deeper leagues is ownership by 20% or less. But I wonder if you should shift that down to 10%. I'm in two NL only leagues, one with 11 teams, one with 12, and it seems every recommendation you make is already gone.

You suck! :-t

Kidding. :-b

To be honest I like your AL and NL only guys more then Guillen and Baker.
I don't know how much Kaz Matsui is going to be able to play (I don't think he's tried the injection route in his back yet), so Bourn could become very tasty in that lead off spot.
I'd probably go for Morales >> Guillen because of batting average and the fact that Morales qualifies at both IF and OF.

Thanks for the feedback - that's very useful to know. I'll run it by my partner in crime (Pogo) and see what he thinks. ;-D

To be honest, I would too, at least long-term. But Guillen has come off the DL on a hot streak, so I'd ride that streak as long as it happens.

NL-Only Leagues

Chris Coghlan, 2B, Fla

Yahoo ESPN CBS
Owned % 1 1 14

Runs RBI HR AVG OBP SLG
AAA 2009 Stats 21 3 22 .344 .418 .552

Get in on the ground floor. Chris Coghlan, the Marlins first-round pick in 2006, was called up this past week. The Marlins having been working on getting him at-bats, and the recent demotion of Camron Maybin should give him even more chances. Coghlan is an all-around fantasy hitter with some speed, power and a decent average. In his two starts, he has hit second in front of Hanley Ramirez, and that can only help his value. Coghlan will see time at second and third, and in the outfield, and will soon gain eligibility for those positions. He is going to be getting snapped up in leagues left and right, so you need to move fast.

Where have I seen nearly exactly that before?
:-?
