what the hell is this!? where i lve right now gas is up to 2.10$, for regular! im getting pissed. is anyone elses gas prices like this?

Wow, Benny. I thought gas prices were high here. Sheesh. I'm looking on the bright side: if prices get much higher (and they will) I'm buying a bicycle. I need the exercise anyway.

Up here we pay in litres so a little easier to take. On the other hand we pay in Canadian dollars so that kind of ups the ante. We're sitting under a bunch of snow (extreme winter) so bikes not an option. How's that for an opening for a dogsled joke?

I paid $3.09 per gallon yesterday. Went by there today and it was $3.04. Doh!

Stopped into my regular station yesterday and it was $2.65. I started pumping and was planning on putting $20 in. It stopped at $10. I went into the store wondering what happened there and they said they thought I was using a different pump and the guy they thought was using mine had prepaid $10. They said I'd have to restart for another $10. I said forget it, I'll just get more tomorrow. Today... $2.75.
