Someone in my league keeps trying to sell me Reyes for Alexei Ramirez and Manny Ramirez. Should I do this? I know Reyes is a top 5 player, but would I be giving up too much for him? Manny has already started belting homers, and it seems like Alexei might be coming around..at some point. What do you guys recommend? I am in a 10 person h2h league. A. Hill was just dropped and is on waivers, i have #6 priority. WHIR!

It's a tempting offer for sure, but I probably wouldn't do it if I were you.
Stephen Drew is on the verge of breaking out and you don't have a servicable backup to Alexei.
Reyes is nice, but you don't really have a need for him and you'd lose a decent option at a tough to fill position.

What if he threw in DeRosa? And also, the owner of Utley told me he may be interested in a trade for Reyes if i get him..

Unless you have a deal already worked out, I'd be careful of "Another owner is willing to trade". A lot of times people say that, but they really aren't looking to trade, or at least they aren't looking to make a fair trade. You don't want to make the trade and get stuck with a guy you don't need because someone else changed their mind or had unrealistic expectations.
If he threw in DeRosa that makes it a bit more interesting. Honestly, I'd probably take it then. Truth be told, I actually like DeRosa more than Alexei. I'm not a big A-Ram fan at all and you're getting a top of the line SS. You can then move Cruz into your outfield and put Drew in one of the Utility spots. I like that.

Thanks for the help on mine.
This is a tough one. I do not love A Ramirez this year, but I also feel that DeRosa's numbers are not going to be the same as last. I love Reyes and feel he will beat out Hanley for the top spot at SS, but your OF is very weak.
That being said, I would make the trade. I would also grab Hill ASAP (I would drop Meyer or Hafner for him). He is going to/ and IS having a breakout year. If you can get DeRosa in the deal do it. He is not going to hurt your team.

Would you use a number 5 waiver spot on Hill?

I would use the #5 on hill and sub out DeRosa for Hunter. that would keep you OF decent and upgrade your 2nd alot. I think Hill is better than DeRosa and Ramirez.
