Don't trade Morneau to get Tex. I don't see a lot of point to that. The only other advice I have his try and add a closer in there. He needs one and you have plenty.

i would start with one of your catchers. Doumit is out for a while and he needs on. how about posada ludwick and riveria for tex and qualls. you are giving a catcher you dont' need and giving him and upgrade at rp. maybe posada and morneau for tex and chris davis something like that if you are desperate

That's a good point by 2muchchalk. How about offering McCann/closer to get Tex, and getting Doumit back in the deal if you can afford to stash him, then deal either Doumit or Posada when Doumit is healthy. You'd probably need to offer a bit more than that, maybe a starting pitcher swap that he feels like he wins.
