Trading Sizemore in 7x7 keeper

I can either get Kemp and Peavy or Kemp and Haren, the stats are IP, W, L, ERA, WHIP, SV, K for pitching and H, HR, RBI, R, SB, AVG, and K. I would be trading back another SP probably either Lilly or Baker from Minnesota. Should I do either one or neither, I have an amazing team for hitting but my pitching is ??? have between 3-4 pitchers on DL depending on the week.

I'd go for Kemp and Haren. Peavy can be a little more inconsistent at times. However, either way you're getting a great deal, but the price tag might be lower on Haren as well.
