Rate this trade proposal please!

I'm trying to take advantage of the owner of doumit, because he is out for 8-10 weeks due to injury. he's gonna need catcher and I have one just for him! so here goes

His Doumit, R. Ibanez, and BJ Upton for my R. Martin, Liriano, Scutaro and O Cabrera. essentially this will allow me to shove doumit in DL spot and opens up a 2nd spot for me to pick up for people. Namely Ricky Romero if he can fly under the radar for another 3 days and maybe some other outfielder. I have Sandoval as my other catcher who i can slot in for full time. What do you think? thanx!

I think you are really really high on Doumit, haha. It's funny how he is viewed as the centerpiece of a deal involving Upton and Liriano. Anyway, this is how it breaks down:

Upton > Lirano
Doumit < Martin (mainly becuase of the injury)
Ibaniez > Scutaro/Ocab (and I don't think this is even close

Without seeing the rest of your roster, I'd say it's a great deal for you if you can pull it off.

well i'm figuring that he needs a catcher due to his injury and i can trade for the other guys... really shifting the weight of martin's worth onto the other guys. like upton and ibanez. I mean also hoping that the guy is looking at the fact that upton is slowed a bit by injury and maybe i can sell high on scutaro.

I would def do it. Ibanez is very underrated while Lirano/Martin are overrated.
