Hamels/Carlos Lee for Halladay/Ethier WHIR 100%

Hey there I am in a 12 team 5x5 roto league, I want to get Hamels off my team asap. I like the guy but I am nervous about his health and I want a solid #1 starter. I would deal Hamels/Carlos Lee for Halladay/Ethier, i'm slightly worried that Lee is too much for Ethier, WHIR 100% *I was also thinking about Hamels/Lee for Greinke/Kinsler*
