Is this veto-worthy?

Team A gets: Ryan Howard and Ian Snell
Team B gets: Tulo and Galarraga

League is 12-team, H2H points, with 6 keepers.

As it stands team A prolly has a top 3 team in the league, team B is at the bottom.

Here's the rosters before the trade:

Team A
C - Ramon Hernandez
1B - Texeira
2B - Cano
3B - Wright
SS - Tulo
OF - Dye
OF - Markakis
OF - Quentin
DH - Huff

SP - Halladay
SP - Lincecum
SP - Nolasco
RP - Fuentes

BN - Hermida
BN - Delmon Young
BN - Randy Johnson
BN - Galarraga
BN - Pelfrey
BN - Wolf
-----------------------

Team B
C - Posada
1B - Howard
2B - Pedroia
3B - Ian Stewart
SS - Aviles
OF - Ellsbury
OF - Fukudome
OF - Chris Young
DH - Votto

SP - Duke
SP - Lohse
SP - Snell
RP - K-Rod

BN - Iannetta
BN - Chris Davis
BN - Bruce
BN - Ortiz
BN - Gavin Floyd
DL - Dice K
DL - Lowrie

Thoughts?

Well I can see the reasoning behind Team B wanting to make a move like this. He obviously bought into the Mike Aviles hype from last season and thought he would repeat. The season has just started and he is panicking now thinking that Aviles will have a sophomore slump. He is making a crazy decision to deal one of the best hitters in baseball for Tulow, a guy who is a major injury risk, and not half the hitter Howard is. Team B also thinks he is covered by Votto at first to take Howards place. I am not a fan of vetoing trades unless there is collusion involved so I would not veto, but team B should calm down and not jump to any rash decisions until he gives Aviles some more time to work things out. It's funny how team A is making this deal he is willing to let Tulow go without even having a backup SS, that just shows you how badly he wants to do make this trade and steal Howard.

Terrible deal, but not veto-able.

You can tell if certain teams are trying to make shady moves, doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out. For example you can obviously see if a team way down at the bottom of the leaderboard is dumping players to a guy whose team is in contention.
