Commish Forcing Roster Issues

i guess that changes it a little...but he is still requiring him to have 4 RP then i assume, whether he starts them or not.

i maintain my position that you can make up your roster however you want. why require someone to have a min amount at a position....a max sure...but not a min

and why say that they at least have to have 4 RP...start them or not? that seems weird. then im just going to pick up a random RP and bench him...seems weird to me

fill up your roster w as many of whatever you want(except for the max 6 SP)
