Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I have the number 1 waiver priority in a 14 team, 25 man roster, 8 keeper league.
My question is this.
I keep reading about the phenom that is Stephen Strasburg. Is there any chance he'll play this year after the June draft (or at least be in the Yahoo system this year?) Should I keep my #1 waiver priority in tact in case he's available this year? Is he that good to think this far ahead?

I'm definitely trying to win this year - I'm currently in first but it's close and it's early.
With 350-man rosters (+DL spots), there really isn't anything even remotely close to valuable going on the waiver wire.
What about keeping the waiver priority to get Strasburg and then trading him to an owner who might really want this overhyped prospect?

Who knows when he'll pitch. It might be a huge difference to see where he ends up. He could possibly pitch this year if he goes to a team liek San Diego Milwaukee or Washington that need the pitching help.
Keep the #1 priority it might come in handy for a stupid drop or something. I wouldn't burn it on anything cheapy.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
