Rank these RPs

Postby frogfan » Tue Apr 21, 2009 11:05 am

Our league has both holds and saves as categoreies, and I am sitting in pretty good shape in both categories at the moment -- have a ton of RPs and there are a few more on the ww -- wanted to know everyone's opinions on who is worth hanging on to should I need to pick up some position players....here are my RPs after Nathan and Soria who are my studs....we also have K/BB and Net Saves as categories - so blown saves hurt us.

Gregg
Downs - 3 HLD - potential saves
Shields - 3 HLD
Franklin
Corpas

Hanrahan is on waivers

Juan Cruz, Heilman, Casilla are free agents --

would appreciated it if you could rank your top 5 options for me...thanks

Downs, Cruz, Gregg, Corpas, Hanrahan

The last spot is close. Shields has been good for so long, it's hard to exclude him for Hanrahan, but I look at his whip the last couple of years and worry. But he's still a good pick, and Franklin is good now, while he has the closer gig.

I woudl deal one of your closers for an offensive upgrade even if it is a small one.

Why not a 3b?

Post fa 3b please.

With Corpas/Hanny available you can afford to deal a closer.
