I think it's pretty fair. You have some great OF power to replace Lee and Halladay is, IMHO the best fantasy SP.

Agree 100%, I love this trade for you, and I concur with the other poster that Halladay is the best fantasy pitcher.

Ok, he decided Dice-K and Rick Ankiel for Lee. I don't like that trade. But would AJ Burnett be a decent alternative to Halladay ? I might counter with Lee for Burnett, but am unsure if it is a good move.

I'd want more for lee then burnette (not really a fan of his.) But halliday would've been nice.
