Masterson or Hermida

Should I dump Hermida for Masterson? Hermida seems to have turned a corner this year with his plate discipline, but will he keep it up? Masterson will have value as either a starter or long reliever.

The other option is to dump Parra for Masterson.

I like Hermida, he has always had potential, and is starting the season off on the right foot. Masterson is likely to go back into the pen when DiceK returns, which limits his value. Also, Clay is waiting in the wings in AAA so another injury may not even bring Justin back into the rotation. I would keep my eye on him, but I don't think he'll bring enough value as a long reliever to be rosterable in smaller leagues.

Any other thoughts? Should I dump Parra for Masterson? He came on late in last season, but doesn't appear ready to take that next step.
