Cruz/Hudson for Davis/Uggla

Postby RRGL1 » Mon Apr 20, 2009 4:58 pm

12 Team H2H Keeper, 5x5 standard categories.

Should I trade Cruz & Hudson for Davis & Uggla?

I use Cruz at one of my 2 Util positions, and Hudson is normally on my bench behind K Johnson. If I accepted this offer then I'd play Uggla at 2B and Davis at Util.

Part of me sees this as a sell high/buy low opportunity and another part of me is a bit concerned about Davis.

What say you?

If you can I would make this trade.,... Uggla is consistent.. Davis is a bit of a question .. but not the question mark I believe Cruz is ... Hudson will cool off... Hudson is 280 12 60 RBI's ..nothing special ... Make the trade if you can ...

Please answer my post..

Thanks for the help with mine! I would not make this deal, I like Cruz much more than Davis and Hudson is going to have a solid year. Uggla will give you some power but a really crappy average for a 2nd baseman (lifetime .260 hitter.)

Hmm....I like Uggla but he's really trying to dump his weakness.

I'd take this deal. I see both Davis and Cruz as feast-or-famine types while Uggla's 30 HR isn't anything to sneeze at in spite of the bad average.
