Thanks for all of your help thus far.

The guy has now countered with his "final offer," this deal:
Halladay, Youkilis and Kendry Morales for Johan Santana and Corey Hart

I love Santana, but it's not really that big a drop, and I feel like Hart to Youk is a pretty big increase. While Hart had a hot start, I was not very high on him (and his .299 OBP in 2008) coming into the season. His walk rate improved over the first couple of games, but the sample size is obviously insignificant and it appears to have returned to normal anyway.

Continue to leave links; I'll return the favor.

Hey thanks for the help. I think the trade looks good but it would be helpful to see your roster and know the leagues scoring. If he is willing to throw in a 3rd player, why not try to get someone a little better than Morales?

I posted all of that information and then some in the original post, but in case there's an error I'll post it below again.

I actually like Morales quite a bit. I think he can hit .290 .330 .450 with 15 homers, which is plenty valuable in a deep league. I could move Werth over to the OF and play Atkins/Damon at Util.

Of course, I'm hoping that this move would allow me to move Atkins (ugh, his value is pretty low right now) for a SP (Matt Garza? Cross my fingers for Javier Vazquez?).

Thanks for your insight on my question.

As for yours, I'd take Halladay and Youk in a heartbeat. Youk is a significant upgrade over Atkins and Halladay isn't much of a drop off from Johan. It sucks losing Hart, but if it means getting Youk, so be it.

I like it ... Halladay will give you deep games and Youk is just flat out productive... hart is streaky if i remember correctly.
