Haren is the better pitcher IMO. However if you own Haren I would look into dealing him around the ASB. If you look at his post ASB numbers over his career there is a huge drop off. I own him in a league, and I'm going to attempt to do the same. He could possibly be viewed as a top 5 SP in the first half, which would net you good value in a deal.
