Trade markakis? Counter trade

I got an offer to trade markakis & oswalt for jermaine dye and wandy rodriguez. I am tempted to reject but this is the third time this guy has tried to trade me for markakis & oswalt. What counter should i offer.

My roster: Iannetta, Miguel Cabrera, Utley, Encarnacion, Tulowitzki, Markakis, Rios, Ellsbury, Torii Hunter, Ian Kinsler, Adrian Gonzalez, Oswalt, Jaview Vazuquez, Ricky Nolasco, Adam Wainwright, Matt Capps, Frank Francisco, Brad Ziegler, Chris Davis, Stephen Drew, John Danks.

His roster: Bengie Molina, Justin Morneau, Orlando Hudson, Brandon Inge, Jimmy Rollins, Carlos Quentin, Ryan Ludwick, Jermaine Dye, Nelson Cruz, Aubrey Huff, Kevin Youkilis, Cliff Lee, Ryan Dempster, Gil Meche, Wandy Rodriguez, Francisco Cordero, Zach Miner, Todd Wellemeyer, Nate McLouth, David Ortiz, Ubaldo Jimenez, Erwin Santana.

Markakis will have 1st round numbers this year (my prediction) and Oswalt will get anything from 12-20 wins so make him pay if he really wants those guys. I'd say like Quentin and a lesser pitcher than Oswalt, but I love Markakis so that maybe is just me.

but on second thought you don't really have the pitching to afford to give up RoyO so unless you get the deal you REALLY like don't feel like you need to trade those guys

I wouldn't bother. If that is what he's offering then he's not serious about working out a trade. He's just fishing for an inexperienced owner who will make a lopsided trade.
