I need some advice.

My 20 team league just auto drafted, and the results were not favorable in the pitching area. I am just asking you guys what type of moves you think i should make. Just remeber this is a 20 team league which is competitive, so its hard to find sleepers. And i am not sure what direction i should make trades in. Here is the scoring and the team.
This is my 2nd year, and i will respond to anyone who gives advice.

I don't look at too many teams in 20 team leagues, but yikes, that team's kinda scary...I'd try to trade some hitting for some pitching. I'd trade Jeter or Tejada. Another concern is 2B. Starting Jolbert Cabrera is suicide, IMO
