Need some free agent advice

I'm thinking of dropping Fausto Carmona and Jay Bruce in a 10 team H2H league, and here is a few of the guys I was considering replacing them with:

Pitcher:
Randy Johnson
Kenshin Kawakami
Wandy Rodriguez
Ricky Romero
Anibal Sanchez
Jordan Zimmerman

Outfielder/Utility:
Kosuke Fukudome
Adam Lind
Travis Hafner

I'd appreciate any advice.

I like Wandy for SP, or maybe RJ.

For OF I like Lind and Fukudome in that order.
