Texas has one of the best offenses in the AL. They play in a very hitter friendly park and have some guys who can really crush the ball. The Cubs also had one of the league's best offenses last year, as Wrigley generally trends toward hitting. All of the teams you mention have excellent offenses as well. A good way to judge beyond simply comparing stats is to look at the park characteristics (PETCO park in SD, for example, is about the size of Yellowstone, which makes the SD offense fairly pathetic...)
