Impact of Nationals Bullpen on Jordan Zimmermann

The Nat's bullpen is, to put it mildly, abysmal. A closer who can't close, middle relief guy who are guaranteed to give up a run or more per inning, and their best pitcher so far is Julian Tavarez.

How does this affect the value of JZimm in a non-keeper league? He gets two starts next week, but you gotta figure that even if he pitches well and gets run support, his chances of picking up a win are slim.

Do you just put him in there purely for the strikeout potential? Or completely avoid him for waiver wire players such as Zach Duke, Jamie Moyer, etc, who may have a better chance of getting a win? (Duke's start today notwithstanding). NL-Only/deep league.
