Was listening to the Orioles announcers during the pregame show (thanks MLB.tv). They said he ran today and felt fine, but speculated that Montanez was plugged in for him due to the wet field and the risk of re-aggravating his hamstring. That's when I tuned out, since why else would I listen to an Oriole's pregame show than to find out the status of my new best friend Adam Jones.
yeah, i guess that makes sense. in the long run its smart bc wet playing surfaces are definitely strained hammies worst enemy but in the shortterm im annoyed that i benched chris young for him. hopefully hell start tomorrow n be 100% if it was just precautionary
