Didnt look bad, for what ever that's worth. He stole third with a feet first slide. Stayed in the game but left before the start of the next inning.

He's coming back from an injury to begin with... so I'd expect the rays to be careful with him, so you might only get 4-5 days best case scenario

Yahoo says it was a tight quad, as opposed to Hamstring, which is a relief of sorts to this BJ Upton owner. I feel like Hamstrings have a tendency to linger.
